Beautifully maintained rooms with well-furnished amenities. Highly courteous staff. Perfect location, just a short walk to everything.

Convienent to other locations. Easy to get to. The room was clean & nice. The only thing was the air conditioner made alot of noise, but the room was nice &cool! Well definetely stay@ that location again!

The hotel was a handy base for enjoying a decent area, close enough to the river, many attractions, and New Braunfels. In the restaurant they served German cuisine dishes:)))

Definitely, there was fruit missing.

The staff here was incredibly responsive and helpful, which made our stay enjoyable.

Just the location of the hotel close too the water park

the 1st night we were there a roach was on the top of the frame of the door in the room this was in the day. The 3rd night there was a roach on the head boards of the beds this was at night. Didn't make a big deal the 1st day because we had the door open and though it came from the outside but the 3rd night it proof there was a problem.

location: the hotel was not far from the festival and many attractions. and it's not too far from chicken express, ate there once or twice.

We liked the hotel and New Braunfels. Our room was nicely furnished, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a microwave, a king bed, and a refrigerator. The location was marvelous and absolutely perfect, only a 20-minute walk to the center. The restaurant was excellent, and the staff incredibly nice and very courteous.

The side security door by the pool was taped to stay open by the hotel staff because the door was broken. When we complained that it was not safe, we were told the door was taped to stay open per the manager for convenience. There wasn't any batteries in the smoke alarm in our room. The toilet was not secured to the floor. The tub filled with water while taking a bath. The main light in the bathroom had no bulb. When we went to eat the continental breakfast the milks were out, the coffee pot was broken, there were no pastries hardly left and the entire are was filthy. I'd never stay at this hotel again.

The attendant at check in was very professional, friendly and thorough.

I stayed in a brand-new, comfy room with a fan, a refrigerator, and AC. the staff was smart and attentive all the time. the hotel had a good and comfortable location close to the river.

Room was not very clean and the towels had hair balls in them. Will not stay there again....

Nothing Good to say

Besides being very low class. We tried to cancel within a few hours of booking but because we booked less than 24 hours of our trip we didn't fall into the prior 24 hours for cancelation. Booked.net even called to try and get them to cancel but they wouldn't . We knew we made a large mistake when we pulled up to check in and law enforcement were outside with travelers with somekind of dispute with management of their bill..(that is what the agent behind the desk remarked) We would not suggest this hotel to anyone. Also the stairs where in very bad need of repair. My husband helped me up and down them to make sure I didn't trip on the broken pieces of concrete. Again this is not a nice place to stay.

The hotel is in a great location. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a nice bathroom with toiletries and AC. The staff were extremely friendly and consistently polite.

Stayed on 11/10/12. Our room had exposed light bulbs, (no glass cover). Broken drawer front on the dresser. Had a king sized bed, but no king sized pillows. No wash cloths in the bathroom. No flat screen tv. Overall impression of the room was that it was shabby and outdated.

Good location and a reasonable price

The towels are thin and very poor quality
